Add all of the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix them together.
In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour the granola out onto the sheet pan, spreading it fairly thin. It does not have to cover the entire pan.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, stopping to break up the granola part way through, and flipping the pieces over so they cook easily.
Once the granola is done (it should be slightly golden brown), pull it out of the oven and allow it to cool before adding any dried fruit or chocolate.
Store in an airtight container or in the freezer.
Eat this like you would cereal with milk and put either fresh or frozen berries on the top. Enjoy!
